Mr. Richardson is a founder of Plantacor and has over thirty years of entrepreneurial, executive and operational experience with life science and biotechnology companies worldwide. He has been a director of companies in the US, Italy and India and held numerous leadership roles. Mr. Richardson has been actively involved in many areas of the world in establishing collaborative relationships, joint ventures, research facilities and investment opportunities; a proven entrepreneur in generating new business opportunities, exploiting market niches and establishing strategic business relationships around the world. Mr. Richardson is a member of the Texas A&M International Board and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Development Council and a Trustee of the Texas A&M Research Foundation.  He received a BS degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Grage has over twenty-five years of experience in therapeutic product development and technology management. His drug development expertise originated with tumor drugs at MD Anderson Cancer Center and with cardiovascular drugs at the Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Ortho and Corvas. Additionally, he was responsible for the development of diabetes and cardiovascular disease therapeutics while employed at Roche Corporation and LifeScan/J&J.  He is responsible for sixteen launched medical products, fourteen issued patents and four pending applications.  He has consulted with established companies such as Abbott, Cholestech, Southwest Research Institute, Rusch, Unipath & Bouty and with start-up companies Quantech, SpectRx, LXN & Transvivo.  Mr. Grage holds a BS degree from Texas A&M University in Biochemistry and a MS degree from the University of Texas in Molecular Biology.
